Aromakito gladly accepts returns of undamaged, like-new products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. We want you to feel totally confident in your purchase and in your fragrances, and we'll make sure you get the perfect scent to love. All returns include a shipping/restocking fee of $10 to help cover the cost of shipping and processing the item back into our warehouse. Follow the instructions to begin your return/exchange.

After a sale ends, we can no longer honor sale pricing. You will receive an exchange credit for the value of the sale priced item.

We try to do it lightning fast. Once your return is received at our warehouse, your return will be processed. We aim to process your return within 7 days. Please note that once a credit card refund has been issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect that transaction on your account statement.

Items purchased in store must be returned to the retailer you purchased from and cannot be returned through our website.

Please do not mix and match products from different orders into returns. If you need to return two orders, please make sure they are in their own boxes with their own labels, so our warehouse can receive them correctly. Multiple products from the same order can be returned together.
